Return & Refund Policy
At Rage U, every product is carefully inspected before it leaves us. We stand behind the quality of every piece and want you to shop with confidence.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact support@rageuathletics.com.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact support@rageuathletics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Limited Releases
Many Rage U products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. If the size or item you need is no longer available, an approved return will be refunded to your original payment method instead of exchanged.
Preorders
Products offered as preorders are produced specifically for that release.
Preorder cancellations are accepted only before production has begun. Once production has started, preorder purchases become final and cannot be canceled or refunded unless required by law or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be unworn, unused, in their original condition, include all original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@rageuathletics.com.
